Virginia Chihota: Munoonei kana makaditarisa nhai Mwari?/What do you see when you look at me ohh God? this is a exhibition in which the artist, Zimbabwean-born based in New York, portrays her inner world as an emotionally shifting, symbolic terrain— exploring the question, “what do you see when you look at me?”. Here Virginia Chihota’s explores the reality of what’s experienced as opposed to the reality of what might be seen by others. These are painting of the unconscious.
